Starting April 1st!
I'm going to be honest here. My life is pretty great! I paint for a living, I have a healthy daughter, loving husband, a house, plenty of food, and live in a safe small town. Yet I'm living my life feeling stressed, upset, and not enjoying my life.
As the past months have slipped by me I sat down and tried to write 3 things I'm grateful for everyday. But I'm not a writer and I don't enjoy writing. Taking those few seconds was great but it felt more like a chore and another "list" to add to all the lists I already have.
I loved all the happiness journals and gratitude journals I saw in the stores but I never found one that really appealed to me. Instead of searching for the right journal I decided to make my own and a challenge to go with it.
Not only did I feel this way. Most of my friends were feeling the same as me! We have many of the things we wished for but we aren't happy!
