Artist Retreat

Went on an artist retreat this past weekend to Swall Falls State Park in Maryland. It was a nice weekend to relax and just focus on myself. While my main purpose to go was to create art it ended going in a different direction. Painting and sketching outside proved to be much harder than I thought. I was out of my element and faced with problems I thought I had addressed. Now I'm back with lots of photos. Last night I sketched up one of my photos I took of the stream after the waterfall.
